Who I Am
I am a registered psychotherapist with the International Association of Psychology and Counselling (IAPCUK), an organisation dedicated to maintaining high clinical and ethical standards.
My approach is psychodynamic, integrated with a biopsychosocial model, meaning I help clients explore the underlying, often unconscious dynamics that influence their emotions and behaviour—processes that often give rise to the thoughts they experience. I also consider how psychological, biological, and social factors interact to shape emotional experience and, in turn, overall mental well-being.
Through my training with the Institute for Psycho-Systems Analysis (IPSA), I have developed a deep understanding of how unconscious influences—such as emotional tendencies, instincts, internal conflicts, and worry—affect daily life and relationships. By bringing these influences into awareness, I help people struggling with anxiety, low mood, self-doubt, social anxiety, and lack of confidence overcome the inertia that has been holding them back, so they can experience real, lasting change and feel a sense of freedom in their lives.
